Emails and contact information are extracted from publicly accessible business websites. We only read information that businesses have published on their own websites for public contact.
Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, business information changes frequently. We cannot guarantee that all phone numbers, emails, or addresses are current. Users should verify critical information independently.
No Legal/Financial Advice
Geonayan is a data tool, not a legal or financial advisory service. We do not provide recommendations on contacting businesses or compliance with telemarketing/spam laws.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws including India's IT Act, TRAI DND regulations, GDPR (for EU contacts), and any local anti-spam laws when using extracted contact information for outreach.
Business Directory / Marketplace
Geonayan's Business Directory is a listing platform. Businesses submit their own information for listing. Geonayan does not verify the quality, credentials, or legitimacy of listed businesses beyond basic identity checks. A "Verified" badge indicates identity verification, not an endorsement of services. Geonayan is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and listed businesses. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business.
Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Cached searches (repeat queries within 24 hours) do not consume credits. Marketplace listings are free during the beta period. Geonayan reserves the right to modify pricing for listings in the future with prior notice.
Data Retention
Search results are cached for 24 hours for performance. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Geonayan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our search tool, marketplace directory, or any data provided through the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Geonayan after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
