1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Geonayan (www.geonayan.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Geonayan is a B2B lead generation tool that retrieves publicly available business information from Google Maps via the official Google Places API. Geonayan also operates a Business Directory where businesses can list themselves for public visibility.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person/entity.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Cached searches (repeat queries within 24 hours) do not consume credits
  • Geonayan reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice
  • Free credits provided at signup are promotional and may be changed or discontinued at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use extracted data for illegal purposes
  • Violate TRAI DND regulations, GDPR, India IT Act, or any anti-spam laws when contacting businesses
  • Resell or redistribute bulk data obtained through Geonayan
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits

6. Business Directory / Marketplace

  • Businesses submit their own listing information
  • Geonayan does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of listings
  • "Verified" badge indicates identity check, not endorsement
  • Geonayan reserves the right to remove any listing without notice
  • Geonayan is not responsible for disputes between users and listed businesses

7. Data Accuracy

Business information changes frequently. Geonayan does not guarantee that phone numbers, emails, addresses, or other data are accurate or current. Users should verify independently.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Geonayan is owned by Geonayan. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Geonayan is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or any reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
